Some of what we did in the shop from mid January to mid February 2011

This 7 year old plow came in for a new cutting edge. It took a hard hit last storm and the center pivot (King) bolt had snapped.
We were supposed to replace it. Well they also blew the Crossover Valve, and swelled the C Valve, and the Pivot tubes
were wasted. We replaced the Pivot Tubes on the Sector. We thought at first the Pivot Pins were replaced during the storm
damage with smaller rusty pins, but after closer inspection, they were the originals. They were spinning in the tubes over the years
and getting ground smaller and smaller. The grease fittings rusted right off with only a trace of them left. The pin on the far left we
use for mock ups. It is a brand new pin to compare the diameter of the worn pins to. There is also a piece of a new pivot tube
in the pic to illustrate the damage and wear to the tubes we cut off. They were mushroomed on the ends, and oval shaped.

Had to cut open the pivot boxes to heat the tubes.	Got the old pins out, honing the tubes.	Had to cut off the shoe runner brackets. Prepping to weld them back on.
Ready to weld on new shoe bracket.	Welding on new shoe bracket.	Neverseize applied to trip spring eyes.
